Falcon Ridge Development, Inc., a real estate development and home building company located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, received written approval from the New Mexico Corporation Commission of the incorporation of Falcon Ridge Realty, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Falcon Ridge Development, LLC. This will allow Falcon Ridge to provide better service to its new home buyers and outside clients.

Their community home projects are tailored to the needs of the existing community in terms of attractiveness and function; efficiency and environmental-friendliness. Their most recent project in progress is Spanish Trails, a residential subdivision of approximately 530 single-family home lots, located on the outskirts of Belen, New Mexico. Spanish Trails is designed to be an interconnected neighborhood with curved, meandering streets, landscaped jogging/walking paths, and pocket parks. As nearly as is feasible, it will be self-sustaining with its own waste water treatment plant, effluent irrigation system, power generation, and wireless communications.
